Description
Projects should create or expand agricultural business through research including, but not limited to projects such as, feasibility studies, test marketing costs, and product development. Proposals must demonstrate how the proposed research will lead to a marketable product and show there is no similar research on the proposed product.
Elligibility
Applicatn must be 21 years of age and an Oklahoma resident.
Available Funding
Grants are available in three levels not to exceed $10,000.Grants $2,500 or less requires no matching funds.
Grants $2,501 – $5,000 require 25% cash or in-kind match in funds.
Grants $5,001 – $10,000 require a dollar-for-dollar cash match.
ALL APPLICATIONS more than $10,000 will be considered as a loan
Length of Contracts
All contracts are for 12 months with the ability to renew for an additional 12 if it is necessary and approved by the committee.
