Applications: For local cooperatives in order to apply there needs to be a minimum of 3 adjacent property owners/participants.

Post Award: The NWTF grants are reimbursable grants, meaning the amount awarded won’t be given out right way claims must be submitted to receive payment. The documentation required to be included with claims are invoices, receipts, and any other items such as mileage logs and payroll for salary and benefits. For mileage and meals those would be reimbursed at state rates regardless of invoice/receipt amount.

For projects containing herbicide and/or revegetation work we would need in addition to the invoices/receipts would be spray logs and species list of the seed mix purchased (species are approved in application).  Spray logs show the herbicides used and at what rates they were applied plus the weeds treated.
